Watch the moment strong winds pulled the roof off a council building in Shropshire during this week's storms.

The wind ripped a section of roofing off Shropshire Council's Talbot Centre training facility in Whitchurch on Wednesday.
It ended up in the car park of Spring Care Ltd head office, damaging four cars. There were no reports of injuries.
