Probe ongoing into Ironbridge Power Station fire
The energy firm behind Ironbridge Power Station has said that investigations are still ongoing to find the cause of a fire which ripped through part of the building.
Energy giant Eon has said that it cannot confirm when the power station will be fully back in action and producing electricity while the investigation into the cause of the fire was being carried out.
Roxanne Postle, a spokeswoman for Eon, said: "A full investigation into the incident is ongoing.
"Until the events and cause of the incident are fully understood and the damage to the plant has been assessed, we are unable to give an indication of the plant's return to full operation."
The station's turbine hall fire on February 4 was believed to have started in the bearings of a main turbine.
