Telford Council to decide on MOD plans
Plans to make Telford one of the most important Ministry of Defence sites in the UK will be considered by councillors on Wednesday evening.

Telford & Wrekin Council's planning committee is expected to grant outline permission for the ambitious bid to create 450 new jobs and safeguard 700 existing jobs.
The applications for Donnington include a fulfilment centre and on the same site a 200,000sq ft warehouse as well as a 30,000sq ft, three- storey office building. A 280,000sq ft warehouse and distribution facility would also be built next to the Telford International Railfreight Park.
