Lorry crashes into Telford bridge
A lorry driver escaped injury this morning when his vehicle crashed into a bridge in Telford.

The lorry, which had Polish registration plates, collided with a bridge near the junction of Wrekin Drive and the A518 New Trench Road, close to MOD Donnington, at about 7.30am.
West Mercia Police spokesman Chris Ammonds said there were no injuries, minimal damage and the road was not blocked, although the bridge would be checked for any structural damage.
