Shed Seven to appear at Shrewsbury festival

Rock band Shed Seven are set to appear this year's Shrewsbury Fields Forever Festival.

The announcement has seen record sales for the festival, now in its fourth year, at the West Mid/Shropshire Showground from September 12-14.

The five-piece band, famous for hits including 'Getting Better', 'Going for Gold', 'Chasing Rainbows' and 'She Left me on Friday', will be on the main stage for the Saturday night of the event.

Shed Seven are joining the Saturday Indie line-up with Tinie Tempah already announced to headline the main stage on the Friday.

Also announced is John Power, frontman of the band CAST and former member of the LA's.
