Seddon vanished last October while on early parole from a five-year jail term for an armed robbery spree.
He failed to show up for a November court hearing after he was charged with assault and affray in connection with a bar brawl. Police say that in February Seddon then allegedly raped a woman near his home in Salford.
The cage fighter was arrested by West Mercia Police after a warrant was executed on Friday. He will be sent back to Manchester for questioning.
