Annual parade date for Welshpool
Welshpool Town Council is to hold its yearly Mayor's Sunday Parade and Community Awards ceremony this Sunday.

Starting at 10.15am, at Park Lane, the parade will be led by Newtown Youth Marching Band and will proceed to St Mary's Church for an 11am service.
The parade will then return to the Town Hall Assembly Room where Councillor Malcolm Douglass will present this year's community awards to the winners.
