Boy, 15, arrested over assault on teenager
A 15-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of assaulting another teenager.
The youth, from Newtown, was arrested after the incident outside the Cann Office pub in Llangadfan, Welshpool, in the early hours of Sunday.
The victim, a 16 year old boy, was taken to hospital with head injuries.
PC Kev Jones, of Dyfed Powys Police , said: "This was a serious incident which occurred after a music event with a large number of youths present. I would appeal to anyone who was present that night and may have witnessed the incident or may have information that would help the investigation, to contact me."

The suspect has been released on bail pending further police enquiries.
