Tara Duggin, of James Way, Donnington, appeared at Shrewsbury Crown Court yesterday.

Duggin, 28, faced three charges of dishonestly failing to notify a change of circumstances when she was living with a man she was in a relationship with and which she knew would affect her entitlement to benefits.

The charges relate to claims for council tax benefit between October 3, 2011 and March 31, 2013; income support between September 30, 2011 and November 5, 2012; and job seekers' allowance on or around August 20, 2012.

She denied all three charges and was granted unconditional bail until her next hearing.
