Craig Lynas, 37, of Beaconsfield, Telford, admitted burgling Safe UK Ltd in Ellesmere between September 7 and 10 last year.
Computer equipment and a quantity of cash was stolen.
In April, Lynas pleaded not guilty to the burglary and two other charges of going equipment for theft and intending to burgle Oswestry Golf Club on September 9, 2013.
But he changed his plea to guilty to the Safe UK charge at Shrewsbury Crown Court yesterday and the other charges against him from September 9 were dropped.
Lynas will be sentenced at a date to be fixed in late October.
He was released on bail.
