Inquest opens on Shropshire crash-death friends
Inquests have been opened into the deaths of two friends killed in a car crash on the Shropshire border.

Philip Madden and Shane Vickers both died after their Vauxhall Corsa being driven by Mr Madden collided with a tree on the A495 at Bronington, near Whitchurch, before bursting into flames.
Mr Madden, a 19-year-old apprentice electrician, of Brooklea in Northwood, near Wem, was taken to the Maelor Hospital in Wrexham but died shortly afterwards.
Mr Vickers, 22, was pronounced dead at the scene. A self-employed carpenter, he lived at Cambrian View, Bettisfield.
The inquests were opened in Ruthin by John Gittins, the coroner for North Wales East and Central.
The inquests were adjourned to a full hearing to be held in Ruthin in April.
