Best Wishes, in Anstice Square, Madeley, has paid all the money it owed after the VOA blunder.

Last month, the Shropshire Star reported that some businesses in Madeley were handed letters by the Shrewsbury Valuation Office.

The letters said the businesses owed money after being given temporary reductions in their business rates to help them during building work in the town in 2010.

The businesses mistakenly continued to receive the reduction long after the regeneration had finished and the error was only spotted last November.

Best Wishes was affected by the error but has paid all the money it owes.
