Theft from two cars in Shrewsbury

Police in Shrewsbury are appealing for information after two thefts from cars.

The first took place between 1.40pm and 2pm on Friday, January 30, when a brown leather shoulder bag and contents were taken from a car at the petrol station at Dobbies Island.

The bag was taken while the driver went to check a windscreen washer.

The second incident took place overnight between Sunday and Monday, February 1 and 2, where catalytic converters were stolen from a vehicle at a plumbers merchant's premises and from two vehicles on premises, both at Vanguard Way, Harlescott.
