Shrewsbury town centre bank closed because of severe flooding
The RBS bank in Shrewsbury is closed today after it got severely flooded.

A fire crew from Shrewsbury were called to the bank on The Square, in the town centre, shortly before 9.30am after reports the flood water had affected the electrics.
A fire service spokesman said the bank had severe flooding to the basement, ground floor and first floor.
The water and electrics isolated by the fire crews.
A sign outside the bank said it would be closed for today.
