Man charged in connection with alleged theft and rape in Telford
A man has been arrested and charged in connection with the rape of a woman.

Roumel Haylette, aged 24 of Sycamore Road in Handsworth, Birmingham is charged with rape and theft in connection with incident which is alleged to have taken place in the Newport area of Telford in August 2014.
He is also accused of stealing £2,000 worth of jewellery from the victim.
Roumel was arrested on Friday after West Mercia Police released an image of him. The appeal was also shared on BBC's Crimewatch.
He appeared at Telford Magistrates Court on Saturday and has been remanded in custody to appear at Shrewsbury Crown Court in May.
