He will join Ms Evans and Bill Etheridge, one of three Ukip MEPs for the West Midlands, to speak at a public meeting on March 27 at Shrewsbury Town's Greenhous Meadow.
Ms Evans said: "This meeting offers the ideal opportunity for the people of Shrewsbury to hear our thoughts on national, local and European politics.
"I'll be talking about my vision for Shrewsbury and Atcham and what I can offer as the constituency's first Ukip MP."
