One taken to hospital after A5 crash in Shrewsbury
A person was taken to hospital this morning after their car collided with another in Shrewsbury.

The accident happened just before 7am on the A5 near the Welshpool.
Police were at the scene directing traffic as some liquid was spilled on the road.
The person taken to hospital is not thought to have serious injuries, and were taken as a precaution.
