Shropshire train passengers hit by delays after signal fault
Shropshire rail passengers were caught up in delays this morning when a signal fault held up trains.

Trains between Shrewsbury and Wrexham were delayed by 40 minutes.
Arriva Trains said there were problems with services between Gobowen and Wrexham General because the line was blocked and trains may be cancelled or delayed.
The train service said it would fully assess the issue before estimating when normal services would resume.
Other trains to Shrewsbury were hit by delays because of over-running engineering work.
