The bikers left Meole Brace in Shrewsbury at 11.30am and rode to the RAF Museum at Cosford via the A5, M54 and A41.
A spokesman for Highways England said: "The 23-mile journey only takes around half an hour but, depending on the number of people participating, there could be delays and some congestion along this route."
The event, which raises funds for the Midlands Air Ambulance and the museum, included exhibitions and displays from organisations which promote road safety and how to get the most from your biking experience.
Drivers were told to experience delays of around an hour from 11.30am on the M54 eastbound.
