Man arrested after woman kicked in the head outside Telford bar
A 25-year-old man has been arrested after a woman was attacked and kicked in the head outside a Telford bar.
Aaron Morris, from Sutton Hill, Telford, has been charged with assault by beating in connection with the incident outside the Oak Lounge in Madeley High Street.
Police said the victim had been kicked in the head, causing a large bump.
Morris is due to appear at Telford Magistrates Court next Wednesday.
Police are also appealing for any witnesses to come forward who saw the attack on Saturday, April 18, at around 10.45pm.
Constable Neil Clayton said: "The bar was very busy at the time, so there is a good chance the incident would have been witnessed by customers.
"We would urge anyone with information to contact police on 101 quoting incident number 814 of 18th April.
"Alternatively contact crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111"
