Man fined for sitting naked on his window ledge
A man who sat naked on the window ledge of his flat has been ordered to pay £345 after appearing in court.

Wayne Collin Francis had been charged with public nuisance after exposing himself on April 17. He appeared at Welshpool Magistrates Court on Monday where the charge was withdrawn and replaced with a public order charge, which he admitted.
Magistrates placed the 40-year-old, from Hoel y Nant, Newtown, under a community order for six months and ordered him to complete 15 days of rehabilitation activity.
They also fined him £50, and ordered him to pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £60 and a court surcharge of £150.
