The restaurant, called CSONS, will open at the former Poppy's Tea Rooms in Milk Street.

It will be launched by Reuben, Josh, Ben, and Adam Crouch later this month.

Reuben, who is the commercial director of Cleobury Mortimer-based Hobsons Brewery and was formerly general manager of the award-winning Ludlow Food Centre, said: "Our objective is to work with many local producers, but we're not afraid to look further afield in pursuit of the best."

Initially the restaurant will open during the day, seven days a week for breakfast, coffees and lunch.
