Victim suffers head blow in Bridgnorth bottle attack
A man suffered serious injuries after being hit over the head with a bottle during a late night out.

The attack happened outside The Crown Hotel in Bridgnorth High Street.
The 25-year-old man, from Bewdley, was hit whilst on the dance floor between midnight and 1am on Sunday.
The impact knocked the victim to the ground and he lost consciousness. He received a large laceration to the back of his head, down to his neck. The man was treated at the scene by paramedics and later at hospital.
Police are appealing for witnesses as it was not known who threw the bottle on the crowded dance floor. Information can be passed by calling 101 and quoting incident number 282 of June 28 2015.
