Crews tackle fire near Shrewsbury shops
Fire crews were called to a grass fire in Shrewsbury this afternoon.

About 10 square metres of the verge and hedgerow were ablaze on Hereford Road near Meole Brace Retail Park.
One fire engine from Shrewsbury attended the scene at 2.47pm.
The crew used one hose reel jet to extinguish the flames.
