Gang attacks man in late-night Telford burglary
A man was attacked in his home by four raiders who smashed their way in late at night, police said today.

The 38-year-old was at home in Winifreds Drive in Donnington, Telford, when the men burst in just before 11.45pm on Tuesday and started attacking him.
It comes just days after another man in Telford woke to loud banging and was confronted by a knife-wielding burglar on the stairs at his home in Blakemore, Brookside.
Police said they were treating the latest incident seriously but stressed it was believed to be "isolated".
Anyone who saw four men acting suspiciously in the area at the time is asked to call police on 101 quoting incident 6S of July 22.
