Jewellery stolen in Newport house raid
Burglars made off with a quantity of jewellery after forcing their way into a Newport home.

The house, in Summerhouse Grove, was broken in to during the early hours of Wednesday.
The burglars gained access to the house after forcing their way through a conservatory door at the rear of the property.
Once inside they searched the house before making off with a quantity of jewellery. It is not known how much the jewellery is worth at this time.
Police are keen to hear from anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious in the area on Wednesday morning.
