Man threatened at Whitchurch building site by pair armed with 'bladed objects'
A man was threatened with a bladed object during an attempted robbery on a building site.
It happened between 8.20am and 8.30am on Monday at a building site on Wrexham Road in Whitchurch.
The victim, a 27-year-old man from Nottingham, was threatened by an unknown man with a bladed object as he attempted to leave the site.
The victim rang the police and then ran away when he saw a second man with a large bladed object wearing a balaclava.
Police say nothing was stolen during the incident though entry to an office building had been attempted.
They added the victim was not injured.
