Newport man, 78, cleared of child sex charges
A 78-year-old Newport man has been cleared of a number of allegations, including raping a child.

Ronald Charles Price, of Wenlock Drive, was found not guilty of five counts of raping a child under 13, one count of sexual assault and another count of sexual activity with a child under 13.
The jury at Shrewsbury Crown Court was today discharged by Judge Robin Onions after it failed to deliver a verdict on four outstanding counts that Price stands accused of, including the kidnap of a teenager.
Price denied all allegations.
