Woman taken to hospital after car crashes into Telford lamppost
A woman was taken to hospital this afternoon after a car crashed into a lamppost.

The crash happened at about 2.50pm yesterday on Donnington Wood Way in Donnington, near Telford.
One fire crew was sent to the incident from Telford Central station and police and ambulance services were also called to the crash.
Fire crews said they released one female casualty from the car who was then taken to hospital by ambulance.
The condition of the woman is not yet known.
The scene was cleared by 3.20pm.
