£10,000 worth of Vodka bottles seized in Telford
More than 500 bottles of vodka worth thousands have been seized in Telford.

West Mercia Police say the non-duty paid bottles were worth about £10,000 and were seized from premises in Hadley yesterday. The bottles were taken away by police officers belonging to Wellington's safer neighbourhood team, trading standards officers from Telford & Wrekin Council and HMRC.
Emily Taylor, spokeswoman for Telford & Wrekin Council: "Telford & Wrekin Council's Trading Standards team with West Mercia Police visited a premises in Hadley today as part of an operation to crack down on illicit tobacco and alcohol.
"HMRC were also involved and vodka with a value of around £10,000 was seized by HMRC."
