Toy Appeal: More ways to donate to Star's campaign
We've made it easier to donate to the Shropshire Star Christmas Toy Appeal.
The Star's offices in Shrewsbury and Oswestry will now accept donations.
You can drop off toys at our office at 7 Bellstone, Shrewsbury, opposite the town's Market Hall.
And we can now also accept donations at our office at 14 Salop Road, Oswestry. Both offices will be open during office hours on weekdays.
There are also drop off points at Shropshire Star's Ketley head office at Waterloo Road, from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8am to 1pm. And in Shrewsbury, Storage King is accepting toys at its Archers Way warehouse in Battlefield Enterprise Park, Shrewsbury, from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm.
Charities and hospitals will benefit from our appeal, organised with Storage King. They will ensure the toys are given to children who are suffering illness or adversity this Christmas. The gifts need to be new but unwrapped so that the charities are able to select the right gift to fit the recipient.
