Junior school wins Star nativity photo prize
Donington Wood Junior School is today revealed as the winner of Shropshire Star's prize for sending in the best school Christmas play photo.

Their production was called Operation Christmas Cheer and was written by headteacher Sandra Osman. The prize for the school is £100 and the chance for pupils to visit the Shropshire Star's main office in Ketley.
Sandra, who lives in Shifnal, said: "I can't believe the school has won the £100 prize. The children will be thrilled and it will mean we can buy something extra for the school."
The Shropshire Star received scores of Christmas play pictures.
