Two new directors appointed to Shropshire Council's ip&e private company
Shrophire Council today announced that two new directors have been appointed to the board of ip&e Ltd, the council's private company.

They are Steph Jackson and Helen Powell, both senior officers within the council.
A council statement said that the pair "bring with them a wealth of experience of company law and how council companies operate".
It added: "They will join the existing directors to review and make decisions on policies, annual reporting, financial reporting and performance reporting, as well as assisting with the current review."
The other directors are Councillor Steve Charmley, who is chairman, and Tim Smith.
