Hope House: Car boot cash a big boost as organisers bring in £800
Hope House had a visit from Margaret Prodger and Ann Whitfield from Wem who organised car boot sales at Wem Recreation Ground throughout 2015.
They arrived at the hospice with a cheque for £800 from their events.
What's more, Margaret and Ann will be on the car boot trek all over again in 2016.
The car boot sales will be held between 9am and 2pm on the following dates: April 30, May 28, June 25, July 30, August 27 and October 1.
Pitches are £6 and can be booked with Mrs Whitfield on 07496 393082.
The club is able to help in practical ways too. One member has volunteered to give aquatic therapy training to Hope House staff.
Hope House's Give a Little Love campaign is the latest to capture the attention and hearts of supporters and hopefully, says the hospice, harness others to help with the so necessary fundraising.
