Pictures: Superheroes galore at Telford football event
[gallery] Little Leah Boe just loved being a superhero for the morning.
The five-year-old from Donnington was among children aged between two and eight who took part in a Little Kickers event at Hadley Learning Community.
The theme was superheroes and more than 400 children dressed as characters such as Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman.
The Little Kickers sessions took place at venues in Telford, Bridgnorth and Shrewsbury.
Gemma Wigley, who is one of the coaches, said: "The children loved taking part in the sessions dressed as their favourite superhero – it just made it a little bit different.
"We had a great time and we really hope we have managed to raise a good amount of money for Sport Relief."
"Our coaches also got into the spirit of things and dressed up as well, so we had The Hulk taking some of the sessions."
Little Kickers is a national organisation that encourages children to take part in football.
