How did that get there? Road sign from Shrewsbury crops up by side of road 19 miles away
As lost property goes, this Shrewsbury sign found in Edgmond, near Newport is a long way from home.

The sign from the A458 is believed to be from just outside Shrewsbury heading towards Welshpool.
But it was discovered about 19 miles away just outside Newport this morning by the town's safer neighbourhood policing team.
Newport officers have already found some strange things on the side of the road.
Earlier this year officers were called out to reports of an injured otter on Church Road in Lilleshall.
However, when they arrived it was discovered the animal was actually a fur collar from a coat.
The fur collar was given the nickname Olly the Otter, and has since taken up residence at Newport Fire Station where the officers are based.
