An officer from the Much Wenlock Safer Neighbourhood Team had to clear sheep from the B4373 road. PCSO Mal Goddard was on patrol between Broseley and Bridgnorth when he noticed one sheep and three lambs on the road.
He used his hazard warning lights to alert other drivers and then used the patrol car to herd the sheep and lambs up a bridle path.
Once the sheep were safely on the path he got out of his car and herded them into a field full of other sheep.
The incident happened on Tuesday evening.
