Man in court accused of carrying CS Spray and knuckle duster in Wellington
A man has appeared in court accused of possessing weapons in a public place and assaulting another man.

James Mullarkey, 29, of Teme Avenue, Wellington, Telford, appeared at Telford Magistrates Court yesterday.
He is accused of possessing CS spray and a knuckle duster in a public place on October 15 last year.
Mullarkey also faces charges of assaulting Wayne Pugh and threatening him with a baseball bat on the same date.
Mullarkey did not indicate a plea to any of the charges during the hearing.
The case was committed by magistrates to Shrewsbury Crown Court.
Mullarkey will next appear on June 13.
He was given conditional bail until next month's hearing.
