Russell Blent: Police continue search for Shrewsbury man who has been missing for over two months
Police are continuing to search for a Shrewsbury man who has been missing for more than two months.
Russell Blent was seen by friends at an address in Shrewsbury in the early hours of March 17.
But there has been no sign of the 35-year-old since.
He was last seen at a property in Moneybrook Way, Meole Brace, and is described as white, around 6ft 1in, of a heavy build with short dark hair.
He was wearing blue jogging bottoms, a grey jacket and blue and white trainers.
At one point during the investigation police paid particular attention to woodland in the Meole Brace area and appealed to householders to check sheds, garages and outbuildings for evidence of someone has been sleeping rough.
At one point the force had tents set up in the woodland as part of the search.
However, as yet there have been no firm sightings.
Mr Blent who is also known to use the nickname "Gudge", has the initials THFC – Tottenham Hotspur Football Club – tattooed on the knuckles of his left hand.
Anyone who has information to help police locate Mr Blent should call 101.
