Wrekin Retail Park tragedy: Further floral tributes left at scene where elderly woman hit by van
More floral tributes have been left at the scene where a woman died after being hit by a van.
The woman, in her 70s, died at the Wrekin Retail Park in Telford after suffering a cardiac arrest.
About a dozen flower bouquets have now been tied to a lamppost opposite Home Bargains. A card has also been attached to one of the bouquets.
It reads: "Sorry for your loss, all the staff at Tesco are thinking about you and family."
Another message, tagged to another bunch of flowers, offers sympathies from staff at the nearby Homebase store.
The collision happened outside the Sports Direct shop at about 10.35am on Tuesday and involved a blue VW van.
Police investigations are continuing. More tributes have also been pouring in on the Shropshire Star's Facebook page from people across the town.
