Freezing Shropshire: Ludlow races abandoned due to frost as thermometer hits -4C
Today's horse race meeting at Ludlow has been abandoned after frost gripped Shropshire.

At the weekend the track was reported to be good to soft, good in places on the hurdles course and good on the chase track, but the threat of an overnight frost prompted a morning check.
A fog warning has been put our for Shropshire and Telford for Monday and Tuesday.
The weather is due to remain cold throughout on Monday and the Met Office has put out a fog warning for Shropshire and Telford which will last into Tuesday.
Temperatures are set to gradually rise throughout the week.
