A possible burst was reported at about 8.30am and tracked down to Corvedale Road, to the east of Craven Arms.

Ria Gaffney, speaking for Severn Trent Water, said: "Our teams are currently working hard repairing a burst pipe on Corvedale Road in Craven Arms.

"We're really sorry to anyone whose supply has been affected, and our priority is to ensure everyone has water while we fix the pipe and return everything back to normal as quickly as possible.

"To keep everyone safe as we carry out the repairs, we're using two-way traffic lights as we work.

"Again, we're really sorry for the inconvenience and will aim to have everything completed as soon as we can."
