Tributes paid to motorcyclist killed in A5 crash on Shropshire border
Tributes have been paid to a motorcyclist killed in a crash on the A5 over the bank holiday weekend.
Conna Stewart, 24, from Norton Canes area, died after the motorbike he was riding was in a collision with a car on the A5 at Watling Street, near to Chester Road. He was pronounced dead at the scene on Monday.
Staffordshire Police have released a statement on behalf of his family.
They say: "On bank holiday Monday our world fell apart when we were informed of the tragic death of our eldest son Conna.
“Conna was a vibrant young man who lived life to the maximum. He was always full of love and laughter for everyone that had the pleasure of being part of his life.
“A big void, that will never be filled, has been left in our hearts and in our home. Continued messages and offers of support are helping us through this difficult time and we thank you all for these.
"God bless you son – shine bright like a diamond.”
