Staff from consulting engineering firm Aecom, which has a branch in Telford, UTC Aerospace in Wolverhampton, and the Department for Work and Pensions will be among those taking part in the three-day exercise reserve challenge at Nesscliffe Army Training Camp near Oswestry.

At total of 40 staff from the companies will take part in the course run and led by soldiers from 11th Signal and West Midlands Brigade, which has its headquarters at Donnington, Telford.

The exercise, which runs from July 13 to 15, aims to provide an exciting and competitive leadership event to educate and inform team leaders and managers from a wide section of the business community about life in the Army Reserves.
