Person still missing after hotel fire
The search is continuing for a person missing following a fire at a seafront hotel in Mid Wales.
A fire broke out in the Ty Belgrave in Aberystwyth in the early hours of Wednesday morning, with nine adults and three children rescued.
Five people received hospital treatment, however one adult guest still remained unaccounted for on Thursday afternoon.
Witnesses had reported seeing guests, including children being rescued from a balcony as the blaze took hold.
Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service said the blaze had been extinguished more than 24 hours after it began, and crews left the scene on Thursday and handed it over to Dyfed-Powys Police for investigation.
A statement from the fire service said: "One person remains unaccounted for.
"The incident is under a joint fire investigation by the fire service and police."
