Housing group to build 528 homes in Shropshire
More than 500 homes will be built in Shropshire by a housing group over the next two years.
Connexus plans to build 528 homes, which will be a range of affordable rent, shared ownership and open market schemes.
Homes in Newport, Morville, Brooksbury, Cordwell, Marstons Hub at Ludlow, Shawbury, Queensway, Whitchurch and Radbrook in Shrewsbury are already on site, while houses in Ford, Bomere Heath, Condover, Orleton, Bishops Castle, Broseley, Craven Arms are in the pipeline.
Connexus brings together two housing groups, Shropshire Housing Group and Herefordshire Housing, to form a combined portfolio of 10,000 homes.
