Third person charged over Telford attempted murder - due in court this morning

A third person has been charged with attempted murder following an incident in Dawley, Telford on Monday.

West Mercia Police said that Lemar Boothe, 21, of no fixed abode, was charged with the offence yesterday (October 31).

He is due to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates Court this morning.

Two people have already appeared at the court yesterday charged with attempted murder over the incident.

They were Riley Preece, 18, of Snedshill in St George's, Telford, and a 14-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons.

Both were remanded in custody and are due to next appear at Shrewsbury Crown Court on Thursday 28 November.
