A crew from Oswestry Fire Station rushed to the B4396 at Morton, near the Llynclys crossroads at 9,13pm on Saturday to make the vehicle safe.

There is no information on the condition of anyone in the vehicle.

A spokesperson for Shropshire Fire & Rescue Service said it had been a road traffic collision involving one car which “rolled over and come to rest in roadside hedge”.

They confirmed that no persons had been trapped and  sent their incident stop message a little more than half an hour later.

Llynclys crossroads on the A483 between Oswestry and Llanymynech has been labelled one of Shropshire's most dangerous road junctions.
