Daniel Charnock was due to appear at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates Court on Tuesday (November 5) but he did not turn up.

The 23-year-old of Duxbury Drive, Bury has been charged with burglary at Pen Y Banc, Yew Tree Close, Crossgates in which a set of car keys for a Skoda Superb, as well as the Skoda, were taken.

He is also charged with aggravated vehicle taking, in that he is accused of taking the Skoda and it was damaged before it was recovered. Both matters happened on November 11 last year.

Magistrates agreed to issue a warrant without bail for his arrest.
