36 drivers reported for speeding in just one week over issues on problem Whitchurch road
Police say they have reported a host of drivers caught breaking the 30mph limit on a town road.

PC Ben Jones, from the Whitchurch Safer Neighbourhood Team, said that the crackdown had taken place on Chester Road in the town, after complaints from residents.
He said that after reports of speeding on the route the force had sent officers from its Motorcycle Traffic Support Team to monitor the location last week.
PC Jones said that during their time at the hotspot they had reported 36 drivers going above the 30mph limit for the route - with one caught doing 46mph.
The officer said that road safety had been highlighted as one of the priorities for policing in the area by the town council, and said they would be working to address the concerns.
Highlighting the latest action he said: "Whitchurch Safer Neighbourhood Team has recently received a number of complaints from members of the public in relation to speeding motorists on Chester Road, Whitchurch.
"Last week, officers from our Motorcycle Traffic Support Team attended Whitchurch spending time on Chester Road where 36 motorists were reported for driving above the 30mph limit with the highest being 46mph.
"As part of the Local Policing Community Charter, Whitchurch Town Council have identified Safer Roads as one of the Policing Priorities in the area.
"We will continue to work our partner agencies and support teams in order to address these concerns."
